Notes/Observations
There was a moment earlier this week when I was unclear of my direction in life then I remembered this note I wrote to myself:
Know where you want to go and develop a passion for it. Until you are crystal clear on what you want out of life, you will never be able to get where you want to go.

The Power of One More by Ed Mylett
This was a great read and very useful.
The premise of The Power of One More is simple. You’re much closer to the life you dream of than you think. You’re often only one more meeting, one more relationship, one more decision, one more action, or one more thought away from leading the life you deserve.
My biggest takeaway from this read is on time management. (See the strategy section for the breakdown)
Here is a cool interview as well:
Strategy
Want to give yourself more time?
Divide your day into three days. This way, you can gauge how you spend your time, and nothing is wasted. (This tip is courtesy of Ed Mylet from The Power of One More.)
Example: 4 am-12 pm / 12 pm-8 pm / 8 pm-4 am
This was the schedule I tried out as I read, and it is very useful. I may tailor it to two 12-hour periods at some point but so far, so good.
I will keep you posted as time goes on.
Question
Analyze your life in terms of its environment.
Are the things around you helping you toward success — or are they holding you back?
