Notes/Observations
I thought about this question when I did not want to create content:
How much does it cost you when you do not publish your content?
Immediately I thought about a missed opportunity, missed chance at improvement, and a missed opportunity to gain courage from going through my fears. So thankfully, I decided not to wait and create.

Book of the Week
Managing Oneself by Peter F. Drucker
I reread this book annually to see if I am still aligned with it.
Managing Oneself is essentially about discovering who you are, focusing on what you can contribute, and taking responsibility for communicating.
The part that I usually gravitate to is the area regarding feedback analysis:
The only way to discover your strengths is through feedback analysis. Whenever you make a key decision or take a key action, write down what you expect will happen. Nine or 12 months later, compare the actual results with your expectations.”
Feedback analysis reveals where your strengths lie. Moreover, it highlights what you are doing or failing to do to take full advantage of your strengths.
Strategy
How to Read a Book in 7 Days.
Select the book you want to read. Not just anything random. Something that really draws your interest.
Find out the number of pages in the book and divide that by 7.
Use tabs/index cards as placeholders and read each day until the next tab
Think about what you want to gain from reading the book. What is your purpose?
Read the table of content. It is the GPS for the book. After all, you wouldn't go on a road trip without a map or GPS, would you?
Scan the book to see what stands out to you. This way, you are mentally mapping the book. That way, when you are ready to dive into it, you already know the route.
Get some reviews about the book to get an idea; no spoilers unless that's what you want. It's a bit of social proof. One really good insightful review can be useful in determining if you want to read the book.
Start reading. -Enjoy.
