Question
When you complain often what ways do your try to deal with it?
When I want to complain, I ask myself these 4 questions:
Can I have some fun doing this?
Can I be more efficient and spend less time doing it?
Do I have to do it? (Eliminate it)
Can I delegate it or defer it for another time when I have the energy to do it?
