Notes/Observations
Applied this lesson from James Clear on decluttering. I noticed that every time I am in a workspace to try to get things done I would be compelled to fiddle with miscellaneous papers and get distracted.
"Look around your environment.
Rather than seeing items as objects, see them as magnets for your attention. Each object gently pulls a certain amount of your attention toward it.
Whenever you discard something, the tug of that object is released. You get some attention back."
When I started putting away the papers and cleared my areas for study sessions I magically became more productive.
Still a work in progress but I will keep you posted on my decluttering journey.

Strategy
Book a curiosity session
I learned this from Hollywood Mega Producer Brian Grazer after reading his book "A Curious Mind"
The best way to do this is through an app called Lunch club. LunchClub is an AI super-connector that makes introductions for 1:1 video meetings to advance your career. have used it off and on and am amazed by the people I meet there.
Book of the Week
A Curious Mind Brian Grazer
A book filled with many anecdotes about his curiosity. Brian uses what he calls curiosity conversations to understand people from all backgrounds, professions, and ages.
During his curiosity meetings, Grazer comes away inspired to create more stories that were instrumental in his career producing movies as varied as 8 Mile, Apollo 13, How The Grinch Stole Christmas, and Splash. Grazer proves that curiosity is a critical component of good storytelling.
Definitely worth the read.
