Notes/Observations
The Morning is the most optimal time for productivity. For years I have been against this as I love staying up late and do get some work done during those times. However, I have come to see the value of a productive morning.
Over the last few months every time I didn't wake up earlier and started the morning with a routine or purpose, I became reactive and that killed my momentum for the day. I would be more sensitive to bad news, not make decisions as quickly as I should, or just procrastinate. Whereas when I started with a simple routine of working out, reading mindset, and growth, wrote in my journal and also wrote down 10 things I am grateful for it changed the whole direction of my day.
I was able to feed off the momentum from the first hour all day.
The morning routine is where your miracles for the day start.

Questions
Albert Einstein once said "Imagination is more important than knowledge"
What is the image that you have of yourself and how can you manifest it?
Sometimes knowing doesn't equal doing. One of the ironic outcomes of knowing too much is that you can be such with analysis paralysis.
So What do you imagine your life will look like 5 years from now?
If you don't know your vision you will have to create it and keep in mind Creating a vision is an iterative process.
You don’t just create a vision once and then never look at it again.
You continually create and write your vision — every single day. And do your best to take a step closer to it every single day.
Book of the Week
The Obstacle Is The Way by Ryan Holiday
Ryan Holiday is definitely one of my favorite writers. This week has been an interesting one as I kept coming across his material. One of my favorite books is his other title “Ego is the Enemy” and this one didn’t disappoint either.
So much value in this book but my biggest lesson was “How you do anything is how you do everything.”
This book is definitely worth reading.
