Notes/Observations
With you not progressing on your goals —sometimes it is not a matter of you being lazy it can be a situation of having too many data points and you are confused. When you are confused it becomes harder to take action.
I had this situation arise when I was stuck on a decision about my book. I realized I overanalyzed and that kept me in place and the book remains unpublished. I beat myself up about being lazy and felt demotivated.
Then I came to realize I had too many data points I am trying to add too much and planning too much. Going forward it is best to utilize fewer data points and act faster and improve along the way.
