Notes/ Observations
Your thoughts and actions are the reason you are where you are right now.
Success is like a garden. You must constantly tend to it and care for it.
You will notice that those who speak most of prosperity, have it. Those who speak most of health, have it. Those who speak most of sickness, have it. Those who speak most of poverty, have it. It is Law. It can be no other way... The way you feel is your point of attraction, and so, the Law of Attraction is most understood when you see yourself as a magnet getting more and more of the way you feel. When you feel lonely, you attract more loneliness. When you feel poor, you attract more poverty. When you feel sick, you attract more sickness. When you feel unhappy, you attract more unhappiness. When you feel healthy and vital and alive and prosperous—you attract more of all of those things. --- Abraham
Two things to do to continue to cultivate your success like that garden you want to make lush.
1- Feed Your Mind Continually.
Feed your mind from morning to night with words, pictures, information, and ideas consistent with your goals for success -- health, financial, business, and otherwise.
Develop the habit of thinking positively and confidently about wealth accumulation.
Read stories, books, and articles about other successful people.
2- Select A Role Model.
Think about how you could be like them. Visualize yourself, imagine, fantasize, pretend in your mind that you are like the kind of people that you admire and respect and want to be like; and eventually, you will become just like them.
Psychologists have proven those role models are essential for magnetizing your mind with the qualities and characteristics that you wish to develop in yourself.
Pick a person that you admire. Whenever you face any kind of difficult situation, ask yourself;
How would this person act in this situation?
What would this person do?
How would this person behave?
You'll find that when you think about how someone you admire might behave, your own thinking becomes better and you tend to act at your very best.

Book(s) of the Week
Be Obsessed or Be Average by Grant Cardone
I read The 10x Rule by Grant Cardone last week and decided to go deep on him with another book and I was impressed. So much useful information with his material.
Here are my takeaways.
This book shows the importance of being obsessed with your life.
1. Only you are responsible for your success
The truth is, no one is ever going to hand you success - so give yourself permission to have an intense desire to win in every area of your life and throw yourself all in on your dreams. success comes from hard work, consistently repeated over time.
If you are not where you want to be at this stage in your life, chances are you haven´t been committed enough to make your dreams come true.
2. If you can, you must
If you have the ability to do it then why not?
Success is your responsibility not just because of you, but also because your family and others are depending on you.
Your spouse, your children, and your friends all deserve to have the best possible version of you in their lives, both in financial and any other terms. If you can be great then you must be great.
3. You don’t need to like what you do to love what you do
Recognize that you may not like everything you do on a daily basis, but it still allows you to live your purpose and do what you love. Instead of getting frustrated about the things you hate doing, think of all the great things they allow you to do! Ask yourself, “How does doing this allow me to serve my purpose in a bigger way?”
4. Feed the beast every day
Write your goals down every day both in the morning and evenings, visualize your future, and get obsessed with winning every day!
5. Track your progress every day
One of the best ways to motivate yourself into action is by keeping track of how you are doing.
The great thing about writing down your progress is, you can see what you are doing on a daily basis.
What gets measured is important.
“The average call me obsessed. The successful call me for advice.” – Grant Cardone
6. Dominating starts with dominating yourself
Whatever you want to create in life, there is only one person holding you back: You! Your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and attitudes all determine your actions, which in turn create your results. If you want better results, start by working on your mindset and mastering your thoughts and emotions on a daily basis.
“True domination and true obsession, starts with dominating yourself, not others.” – Grant Cardone
7. BECOMING OBSESSED
Obsessions can be either positive or negative. Having positive Obsessions are key. Positive obsessions have purpose and meaning. Purpose is the foundation of obsession. Negative obsessions are distractions and produce no constructive results.
Identifying purpose can be difficult, but asking certain questions can help identify purpose:
What are my personal interests right now?
What are my strengths?
What is my goal?
What amount of money is enough?
What do I want my legacy to be?
What are people doing that I admire?
What gets me hyped up?
What if…?
Why not me?
2. Managing Oneself by Peter Drucker
Drucker points out that we all have different strengths and weaknesses, and that it only makes sense to focus on growing and cultivating your strengths. Trying to fix all of your weaknesses will be a waste of time.
“The only way to discover your strengths is through feedback analysis. Whenever you make a key decision or take a key action, write down what you expect will happen. Nine or 12 months later, compare the actual results with your expectations." - Peter Drucker
