Notes/ Thoughts/ Observations
"When feedback is immediate, clear, and concrete, people learn quickly.
When feedback is delayed, abstract, and opaque, people rarely learn."
Get into arenas where you can get feedback. Particularly when it is in areas of growth.
You do what you want in your personal life but in the area where you want to develop a skill, constructive feedback is necessary.

Book(s) of the Week
From Communism to Capitalism by Beniamin Muresan
Good read and very applicable knowledge. Makes you realize the blessing you have living in a capitalistic society where the sky is the limit vs a communistic one — where your limits are defined for you.
You can reach as high as the sky or as low as the ground but it is ultimately your choice.
My best takeaways from the first read are:
Practice gratitude daily for that is true wealth - knowing your blessings.
Aim for consistent daily impact.
don’t assume you have to know it all - partner with those who have the skills you don’t have now.
The only thing holding you back is a decision.
Create better questions for the problems you have - better questions lead you to dig deep and get better answers.
(As this book is also talking about real estate investing) Understand which cycle of the market you are in.
Focus on the results.
Higher coaches/mentors to help you achieve the results you seek.
Steal Like An Artist by Austin Kleon
Here are my takeaways;
Garbage in, Garbage out - collect good ideas - the more you collect the more you can choose from to be influenced by.
Copying is about reverse engineering - it’s like a mechanic taking a car apart to see how it works.
Get started in doing what you want to do.
Enjoy your obscurity while it lasts - you can experiment, do things for the fun of it - when your unknown there is nothing to distract you from getting better. People may not notice your work because they are busy not necessarily mean or cruel.
Make stuff everyday - put your stuff out on the internet every single day. No shortcuts - go through the process, that is the only way to get better
You don't put yourself online because you have something to say - you put yourself online to find something to say - Use the internet as an incubator for your ideas.
“Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. If they are any good you will have to ram them down peoples throats - Howard Aiken
Travel to change your surroundings - that will stimulate your ideas to get better - travel outside your comfy environment.
The best way to make friends on the internet is to say nice things about them.
Amassing a body of work is the slow accumulation of little bits of information over time
