Notes /Observations
Life is short.
A dear friend of mine passed away recently. He was so full of life and so genuine it has made me rethink the direction of my goals.
Always make sure you are living your life to the fullest.

My biggest takeaway:

Strategy
Design Your Surroundings To Make Good Choices
To get work done, minimize distractions that take away from your focus.
If you want to exercise in the mornings, lay out your gym clothes near your bed from the night before; that way, as soon as you wake, you are ready to go.
To eat better, put healthier foods and water within close reach.
When you try to persuade someone to perform a task, explain and set it up so that it's convenient for the person to do so.
There are 1000’s of ways to set yourself up for better choices, but ultimately you will have to engineer that environment.
Question
How are you taking full advantage of your life right now? (Dont wait for some day. As someday becomes “no day”)
