If you set a goal and see a path of how to achieve it, by definition, the goal is too small.
Always set a goal that can you have to stretch your limits and creativity. You may not know precisely how to achieve it, but you can course-correct as you go along.
I readjusted all my goals to give me the necessary stretch.
