1-When you make criticism personal, you lose out on enormous value. Criticism is fuel if you learn how to channel it correctly. Don’t take criticism personally even if it’s intended to be.
Always remember the whole point is to get better - remove your feelings from the equation.
2-To know someone you must visit their library on inspection you see the contours of their mind have been shaped by the words on their bookshelf. You can also get a quick glimpse of the journey they may be undertaking.
