Accountability and decision-making help change your life, not information. Sometimes when you gather information to form a plan - too much planning won’t lead to action.
For years I thought that learning as much as possible on a subject would be enough but all the information in the world doesn't matter unless you put it to use.
-overthinking seems to be a mental problem that actually stems from a feeling of insecurity or fear of the future.

1 - Set a timer for 10 minutes, take out a notebook, and do a free writing exercise where you talk about what you want your life to look like. (Visualization)

The grass is greener where you water it, you can cultivate whatever you want your life to be.

Fixed Mindset - If you are somebody when you are successful, what are you when you arent?
My biggest takeaway from this read is
a - Approach everything with a growth mindset and put a name of my fixed habit character.
b- If I notice myself in a fixed mindset call out the name of my character as a way to identify it a move on from it back into an area of growth.
